Posizione ottima Camere da letto ampie ed ognuna dotata di condizionatore

Ubicación y departamento cómodo. Gran atención del personal

Nada. Todo ok

Location was perfect, room sizes were good, liked the kitchen/communal area to sit and cook, comfortable beds

The stairs were an issue with our luggage, shower head needs fixed in main bathroom,

Location was great. Easy to get to and close to the train station. We walked all over Florence from the apartment.

The apartment was one of a group run by a company so they were driven by profit, not customer service. There was no tea towel or a wine opener and their solution was for us to go out and buy one. We asked for extra towels (with 5 travelers, extra towels are essential). They would not provide, only if we paid more money. We asked for sheets for the pull out couch so we would be more comfortable (having your own bed vs sharing a small double). Same response, we were 5 ppl and could pay more for the sheets if we wanted them. Wifi went out on our last night and the support group did not respond to our request.
