Fab location, 5 minutes from the station. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms and really excellent Onsen - loved the private Onsen! Wished I could have stayed longer!

I’d always wanted to stay at this hotel. It’s a wonderful place. Well appointed, looks great and functions extremely well. Laundry and ice available. The onsen facilities are brilliant. Very clean and peaceful. Would definitely boom again.

It was conveniently located in Beppu and the beds were very comfortable
The staff, especially the carpark attendant and the doorman, are not helpful and even rude. Multiple times they raised their voices at us, and made us feel very unwelcome. Additionally, even though we paid extra hotel fees for 3 children, they were unable to provide us with 3 extra pillows, and just told us they were out of pillows. It’s a beautiful property with so much potential but they need to sort out these issues.

"Gutes Zimmer, super Onsen. Wir mussten kaum auf einen privaten Onsen warten. Man betritt das Hotel ohne Schuhe und ist eigentlich überall mit Socken oder barfuß unterwegs :) uns hat das gar nicht gest..."
