Fantastic communication, house was very clean and had everything we needed.

the location was very convenient, the property was very well presented inside and roomy.

The only downside was it was listed as 2 bathrooms but its more of a 1.5 bathrooms as only one shower and we thought there were two and if I was to say anything else maybe a couple of new fry pans.

The property was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a 4-night stay. It’s well located, and being surrounded by the vineyard creates a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed our time there!

You can tell the property needs some long-term maintenance done, and the outside area is a bit past its prime. Rooms, bedding, kitchen, bathrooms were perfectly clean, but the outdoor furniture was covered in bird droppings, and there were loads of bugs on the floor inside when we checked in, with more creeping in throughout our stay. The check-in process was also tedious and on the day we ended up having to wait 45 mins for the concierge to let us in. He was a very friendly man who also helped clean up the bugs, but a simple key box, a detailed instruction manual, and an extra clean before check-in would be a lot more effective.

The feedback from my staff team was that they had a positive stay at the property and a great nights sleep which was the main thing as they were travelling for work.

As a travel booker for over ten years, I would not reccommend this property as I can hardly think of a more time consuming and painful booking/check in/communication process when organising accommodation for staff. I would not have the time to ever book this property again. I was even working out of hours on the day of check in to organise the teams arrival past 6pm, despite having booked and paid for it all on booking.com several days in advance. I organise teams across australia in every state everyday, never known such time consuming comms. Anyway nice house apparently so not the end of the world if you have time on your hands to deal with the booking/check in process etc.
