Good spot to stay if you want to stay outside of Hanoi but a short bus trip in so it was good for us. The staff and the owners are really really nice and make you feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean and the balcony is an added bonus.

Loved the property, only little thing is that you can’t walk over the bridge to get to Hanoi, you have to get a bus across as it’s not pedestrian. But still that’s no problem and it’s very easy to navigate!

La chambre était très sale et le mur se défrite ( moisissure ? ) Le personnel ne parle pas dutout anglais et ne vous calcule pas (pas de bonjour ni de au revoir)

We loved everything and didn’t really want to leave! They even have a small restaurant with few typical tasty dish that was so comfy after the long days of going around.

Malheureusement pour le prix de la chambre pas d'eau chaude, besoin de travaux dans tout l'établissement

The room is SO new and clean, it felt like we were one of the first people to stay. We arrived by nightbus at 5am and were able to check in as they have staff 24hours.

Personnel très gentil et serviable. Situation géographique très bonne, un endroit calme mais pas loin du centre ville. (5min en grab du vieux quartier) Chambre propre et lit confortable

Mình ở P201 - Cửa sổ phòng không có rèm che, từ ngoài nhìn vào sẽ thấy hết, không đảm bảo được sự riêng tư - Cửa ban công không đóng được kín - Sàn nhà và đồ trong phòng bám bụi nhiều, không được lau dọn trước - Không có slipper như mô tả (đã hỏi nhân viên)
