It was the best location we could have chosen. With two small kids it was close to walk to the Colosseum and back and very easy to get the bus to go whenever we wanted to go. Also great coffee and shops nearby.

Posizione ottima, in una zona abbastanza centrale, comoda alla metro A e in un quartiere molto tranquillo. La struttura, nonostante l apparenza esterna, in realtà dentro mostra una stanza accogliente, moderna e soprattutto fresca ( perfetta per noi che ci siamo stati ad Agosto).Giada super disponibile per messaggi e molto gentile

Diciamo che il check in in autonomia e tramite messaggio per noi è stato un plus ( veloce e senza vincoli) ma magari per qualcuno potrebbe risultare una cosa sfavorevole.

Clean and well maintained place. All basic amenities available in the bathroom. Air conditioning and WiFi work well.

All windows open to building chimney. You see rather nothing. Not a problem if you are staying inside just overnight

Good location in the city. An ideal location between the Colosseum and the train station. Additional heater in the apartment. Coffee capsules and tee. The host was in touch and willing to help. They also provided exhaustive travel tips. The only thing that saved our trip was the host's help and relatively fast response. Otherwise, the issues with the apartment would have made things much worse. It looks the same as in the photos, except for the balcony view, which was omitted.

There was no hot water in the apartment when we arrived. It was only fixed the next morning after we requested it. So on the first day of our stay, we had no hot water at all. There was no shower gel or shampoo (all the other places provided these). The electricity switches off if you turn on a couple of devices at once, and there were no clear instructions on how to turn it back on. (We finaly manged that with help of the host but we had to waste couple hours on fixing that) There is a balcony, but it opens onto an internal courtyard, so there is no street view, just the inside of the building. This wasn't mentioned anywhere. The bathroom was very cold. The furniture is old and some of it is broken: the toilet seat was broken and the boiler socket was just open wires without a cover. (the cover was added when the hot water was fixed)
