Cheap, close to the beach (50 m through a forest path) and a kind host. Great surfing spot just off the beach, Inner tube, good for shortboards and a more begginer friendly/longboard friendly spot right next to it.
Kitchen available in the property.
The surrounding areas are super quiet.
Still can be cleaner, but out of the places we were at the bathroom was quite clean compared to similar places.
Next door neighbor (long time renting) was quite loud later at night (around 10 pm) and a bit weird.
Not their fault, but quite a lot of power outages.

Nice host and very helpfull. You can rent motorbikes from this homestay. Room for 3 adult was ok.
This village is small, not much services.

Ann was so lovely! There were bikes and a car you could hire and it is close to Pacifico and secret beach (some of the best beaches on the island). The room was good too!
