Pristine new property! I slept like a dead person. Clean clean clean, and a beautiful place to stay.

This hotel will never give you a receipt for your stay. I’ve stayed here twice and they have told me no to handing me a paper receipt. It’s the weirdest thing ever. I was there for business and I told them that the company I was working with paid for my room. Could I get a receipt for them. They said no. And I said what are you talking about? I’ve traveled all over the world and people always give you a paper receipt. They shove it under your door at night. Then it looked like they were making up stuff and said we would have to talk to someone at that company. So I called the person of the company and they said yes they want a receipt. Then they issued a receipt, but it still wasn’t the full breakdown of my stay. You know I could’ve just been making something up and called my aunt Josephine and said hey will you act like I work for this company so that they’ll give me a receipt. It was insane. They were just making up stuff. So find another way to get a receipt if you need that for your records. I’m sorry, but they’re being a little Barney fife because they have the biggest hotel in town.

The shower water never really got hot and when turning it on it shuts off in middle of turning. The refrigerator has no freezer part and it was leaking water inside. room 328 being a new hotel I expected Every thing to work On a little note for us short people might want to put a step stool by the bed to get in to the bed other wise my stay was great mrs Carol Powell
