We recently stayed for 4 nights. Location is the best if you dont want to stay in medina and still wanted a city vibe. Restaurants, coffee shops, authentic moroccan cuisine in small cafeterias are around tge areas. Taxis around too and groceries are nearby. Building is located in the center and along the road which is easy to find. And its just 10 to 15 dhs taxi from medina to this building and vice versa.

Everything is absolutely okay, it is just the dust which is not super dusty but hoping for owner to have it clean before the client comes in. And also if they can put bidet ? Or some tub in the bathroom 😅
