The location is excellent

The room was very outdated with old furniture, broken tiles and had a general feel of uncleanliness

We had 2 single beds rather than a double bed but it didn’t matter too much

Food was disappointing. Pillows disappointing, Phone was not working, bed lamps in room did not work.

The staff was very friendly, the location is perfect with a variety of tasty food options.

Old rooms, broken Sunbeds, can’t get a free sun bed passed 9am, the food really wasn’t great. It needs some all around TLC and renovations.

The location is excellent as it is just 2 minutes walk from the sea and a few minutes walk to central protaras.

BE AWARE!!!!!! We went to check in our room. We got the key and when we got in the room we noticed that the bed covers were stained from what it seemed a girls blood period and mold. I tried to call at the reception, but no answer. I went downstairs and told the manager about that and he told me that they would send the cleaning lady to our room. When the cleaning lady arrived she told me that these are stains that are not coming off by washing them and that they had shortage of bed covers. Then she left to see IF she could find any. I called TSOKKOS central offices and complained about the situation as there was no way I would sleep in these covers and they told that they would talk with the Manager. As soon as I made the complaint to the central offices within 10 minutes they found new bed cover. If anyone is interested just see the pictures that I will upload. Bear in mind that Manager never apologised nor did he offered anything as complementary. The least that any guest deserves when he pays for any Hotel and in this case a 4 star hotel, is their room to be clean. In this case the covers were disgusting. Additionally we got the half board package. We tried the food both for lunch and dinner buffet. Dinner was good with lots to choose from. The Lunch buffet was on the other hand not good. Nothing apart fro the fruit was fresh. Everything tasted as reheated yesterday food so I would recommend to avoid it and if you want to eat at the hotel prefer dinner as every night is a different menu e.g. Mediterranean, Asian etc and as from what I have seen, they are forced to cook fresh food, contrary to lunch. The Elevator is very old, and as only one elevator is within the reception building for guest that live in the east side of the Hotel and is also used by the cleaning staff, it is very slow and could wait for the elevator for even up to 15-20 minutes. There is another elevator in the east wing of the hotel but it is not connected to the main reception.

Location was nice. Decent breakfast and lunch.

Very convenient location with decent treatment from the staff. However there was mold in the bathroom's ceiling, charges 10€ for the internet per day. Moreover, we paid for half board stay and they charged us the bottle of water for our meal. Additional to this, behind closed doors the staff personell are not organised and well trained. All in all, it's a tourist trap as you pay more for what you expect and also pay additional for facilities which are offered elsewhere for free.
