The Green Inn

Stayed here b4 and is a great location for us visiting friends in Goole. Good food, attentive staff anf a plrasant stay. Rooms are clean and airy and just enoouh for an overnight stay.

Quiet location. Excellent staff. Food+++ Size of room. Quiet room. Bath (didn't use) Shower. Beer garden. Private parking. We stayed here for 5 nights visiting relatives in Hook. The staff and manager were exceptional. We had the breakfast included in our room rate. This was an 'a-la-carte' choice from the menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

The bed was very soft which was not to our liking but this is personal choice.

The Sunday lunch was fabulous- excellent quality. The room was stylish and comfortable.

The duvet was very warm so maybe a lighter one would be better during warmer weather

Nice bedroom, smart TV, clean

Pre booked breakfast for 9:45am the day before, then staff member knocked on door before 9am, waking us up asking us to go to breakfast 'now' so that the chef could go home. We had booked this hotel for the breakfast until 10am and the later check out at 11am so to be woken up before 9am and asked to leave for breakfast we found that incredibly rude and annoying given we were wanting a lie in after a wedding. As a guest at a hotel I don't expect to be woken up by staff and disturbed. The staff were eventually apologetic
