Everything was superb apart from the 1st 2 days rained, then the sun came out. Pat ensures you have all you need for a very enjoyable stay. From games, books, puzzles, info on surrounding areas to visit. The apartment has all you will ever need and is clean, modern with all mod cons, will definitely return next year. We visited Heysham and the fabulous Lancaster on the bus, bus stop is just by apartment, takes stress out of driving.
There was nothing to dislike

Lots of space, facilities all great and easy to use. Comofrtable and convenient.
Neighbours were a little noisy coming in from a night out (not owner's fault).
Didn't sit out on balcony as far too windy being on the prom for us but nice space when no wind!
Suggest a fridge with small freezer compartment would be great.
