Spaciousness, clean, well equipped and we were surprised with a bottle of bubbly and snacks!

Comfortable modern apartment with all the basic amenities, perfect as a base to get around all Cape Town and surrounding areas. Lovely balcony with barbecue area.
The property is in the middle of "party center" a few night clubs in the area. The apartment does however have sound proof windows which helped.

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Comfortable and felt like home.
It can be noisy at night but you are right in the CBD.

Property was neat and stylish. Fully and comfortably equipped.
Location not pleasant, due to club noise below hotel.
