The location.
We were left waiting for over 30 mins for someone to give us access even though we had said we’d be there at 2pm. We had to make contact again to request access. The shower curtain needs to be cleaned. It fell down while we were there and was temporarily fixed with tape. The toilet area in general needs upgrade.

Perfect location. The flat had everything needed, and ideal for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen, but no washing machine. Fully met expectations.
Description on Booking said the deposit had to be paid by cash upon arrival, but it is actually done through a web platform. I didn't feel secure having to use an external platform to make a payment, but it was all fine in the end.

Location, close to everywhere
The aircon is not working, reported to the owner but no action, ask if we can leave the luggage in the room or outside the room till 12:30, but was rejected even though the next checkin time is 2-3pm. Don't stay there if you will come earlier than check-in time or leave after check out time, it will have big trouble for the luggage and the owner will not help
