Location, number of bedrooms, clean, good kitchen

Living room is too small, stairs are very steep, one bed is small.

The house was a good size with four double beds and two bathrooms. The host was excellent and great at communicating throughout the stay. Check-in and out was also very easy and flexible with their being a door code. There is also a small drive to keep your car off the road.

The road outside was a bit noisy even late into the night, but that isn't the fault of the host and we still managed to sleep. Cars also obstructed the drive at times, but luckily not when we needed to get out. There is clear signage and a white line painted on the road, so again not the fault of the host, but worth flagging.

Decent location easy access to city

The outside area could be cleaned up a bit . Also if you have a family staying there is limited space for dining etc

We were able to get access slightly earlier than the official check-in time. The property had the correct number of bedrooms for our requirements and the beds were clean and comfortable. It was relatively close to the City Centre.

The address is actually Broomfield Road rather than Place so our Uber dropped us about half a mile from the property and we then had to use Google maps to find it. The property is in quite a run down area, and does not have any kerb appeal. Living areas are quite small for a 4 bedroom house. The stair is really steep with very short treads. Had to be very careful especially coming back down. One bedroom has a plug socket hanging off the wall and another has a light fitting that sometimes comes on and sometimes doesn't. Would suggest that the wiring requires investigation and repair. Generally, the place is in a poor state of repair with dirty bathrooms/shower unit etc. Decoration is tired and quality of fixtures and fittings is not good. Upstairs bathroom has no working lock on the door. The toilet seat does not stay up and slides from side to side on the pan. The property next door which had a boarded up front window disturbed us until after 2am with loud music. All in all a very disappointing stay. The property did not live up to the impression given by the photos.
