Amazing location, AC worked great, and rooms were well renovated! The parking situation is also fine, plenty of nearby street parking in a safe area.
It would have been nice for the setup with the main house to have been explicitly disclosed, but not an issue.

This is an awesome location close to the arts district and a ton of bar’s & restaurants.
It’s private and comfy and feels like a mini apartment.
It’s very modern and has an upgraded kitchen area and the bed is so comfortable.
Everything inside is well thought out and we appreciated all the extra items like seasonings and extra sponges and towels.
10/10 would recommend(:
The shower head is full of soap scum
A little bit of baking soda & apple cider vinegar will def take it all off
