The most important thing is: the photos and description are ACCURATE! the place is so cute! Fantastic Location for a first time visit to Madrid! We came for a wedding. As a group of friends we just loved having the living room and kitchen space to spend time together with the balcony doors open to allow for the breeze and sounds of the city to come in! The kitchen looked newly remodeled-- gorgeous! The apartment was clean with ample towels. The A/C worked great! It was wonderful to have coffee pods & small crackers available for us given our jet-lag. The bathroom even had a great Dyson-quality hair dryer! The location is next to an all-in-one mall: it had shopping, a salon (I got my hair done before the party), and a grocery store. The area was very busy and I always felt safe.

It was initially hard to find because it is on a pedestrian street, but once we did it was pretty easy to give directions. it's actually incredibly straight forward--so the host should consider giving a different address for the cab, you just walk approximately a street. Given the location I knew it would be loud, I had earplugs and it was no issue whatsoever. If you need pin drop silence to sleep, don't stay in the center of the city--that is just common sense and would apply to any apartment in the area. the protests (peaceful) were nearby, and I never felt unsafe or concerned.

Nos encanto, muy buena ubicación, y la vista del depa excelente.

Un detalle muy feito en el techo de uno de los baños. Espero se corrija volveria a quedarme justo ya pase dato a un familiar.

Great location close to Metro. Beds were comfortable. Spacious, clean apartment which was great for 4 adults. Loved having 2 bathrooms. We stayed three nights and felt it was a good value for the cost.

The air conditioning in the back bedroom wasn’t working too well but we left the door open to allow the cooler air from the rest of the apartment. There is no Wifi apparently. The check in instructions did not include any information about the Wifi so I contacted the hosts at the email address they provided to ask if there was Wifi and to provide me with the name and password but they didn’t respond.

Very centrally located. Secure entrance.

The elevator was not functional for about 1/2 of our stay, which was awful being on the 5th floor. The regular windows all opened into a center space that smelled terrible, so opening them for airflow made the entire flat smell of sewer and cigarettes. There was construction outside our building so there was nearly constant noise from cement trucks, jackhammers, cranes and other heavy machinery.
