The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see in Boston. The cost was great compared to the other hotels in Boston - because the place isn't staffed, they can keep the costs down.
The room is fairly basic, and it wasn't cleaned during our three-night stay, but this didn't worry us unduly. Make sure you make a note of the entry codes before you leave home - we didn't (our fault) and that caused us some issues.

Good location near train lines. The key code was convenient for entry. Bed was very comfortable and the AC was great during the 100 degree weather. Great price for short notice booking during a holiday weekend.
A little small but worth it for the price!

Lieu propre et très bien situé
Je dirai qu’il manque une table dans la chambre pour manger et un sèche cheveux

Good location, clean and comfortable. While there is no staff, the keyless code entry worked. Basics - bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot.
The reading light above the bed didn’t work. It was chilly at night but I couldn’t adjust the thermostat or ask for another blanket.
