In general we had a pleasant stay at the Valley residence, the apartment was spacious, clean, equipped well including washing machine. The property location has couple advantages: the closeness to Divaldi ski lift (200 meters) and a view on a nearby forest that we liked very much. Nice communication with the staff.
The absence of spa which we expected was a bit disappointing. We found another spa in nearby hotel

the best part of this hotel was the LOCATION & SIZE of the actual room

Other than these, lack of communication to inform the customer when there's situation that customer have to understand but there wasn't.

"Loved the location and the views. Even without leaving the apartment, you will enjoy a beautiful forest view and a spacious balcony. There is peace and quiet.. You are the closest to the best ski slop..."
