We got what we expected.

THE SHOWER FLOOR WAS SLIPPERY WHEN WET AND DANGEROUS FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE, THE ADDITION OF DUCKBOARDS OR RUBBER SHOWER MATS OR HANDRAIL WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS. ROADSIDE SIGNAGE TO THE PROPERTY WAS OBSCURED.

Spacious, homely, fabulous attention to detail, great artwork and decore, a haven in nature, plenty of areas to relax, perfect breakfast and a very considerate and friendly host.

Lovely building, very new and very clean, good parking, friendly host. Plenty of coat hangers in wardrobe, Shower was lovely. Great having fridge/freezer in the kitchen for use. Breakfast time frame very good.

Bedroom could have been better equipped and seemed slightly small ( we chose the non verandah room which i wouldnt do next time). Room could be improved by having a bedside lamp on each side of the bed, a box of tissues in the room and instructions on how to use the TV . Pillows were ok but there were no spares in the cupboard if you like a higher pillow. The towels were very scratchy and i would have expected more that one bath towel each and one shared hand towel and flannel. There was only half a roll of toilet paper plus one spare. (I had to get another one from the spare toilet). I would recommend having some instant coffee sachets and sugar sachets in the kitchen. The coffee percolator is not practical to make one cup and again, no instructions. The sugar was in a very small bowl and had run out one day. For the money, i was disappointed with the breakfast. I did expect a cooked breakfast but have not stayed B&B before so maybe this is the norm. That said, it could be improved by having some sliced ham and cheese available for the croissants. The bread and fruit loaf were delicious. This feedback is not a whinge and is purely constructive feedback ( very in expensive to implement the above changes).

Sammy & Jack were excellent hosts and have made a wonderful accommodation in a perfect location (if you have a rental car) with bonus gourmet continental breakfast provided every morning.

The place was quiet, clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, bed was comfortable, and the hosts were very accommodating. I highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return.

Beautiful decor, great layout and super comfy beds! Jack was very clear with instructions on how to access the property and breakfast in the morning was delicious, lovely fresh bread and croissants

Very modern, spacious and open breakfast lounge room. Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.

No downsides

A beautifully designed house. Lots of attention to detail. We liked the communal upmarket kitchen rather than having a little kitchenette each. The owners are very hospitable (we appreciated the early check in). We loved using the pool after a long drive. The breakfast layout was also very nice.
