The location, decoration, comfort, and the furniture. One feels like at home. Has all the desired facilities.
The service. No change of sheets if you stay more than a week and no response from staff if you have some question or request. Also the keys pick up is about 5-10 minutes walk from the property

Location. Walkable to cafes/shops/public transit. Quiet. Kitchen nicely appointed grocery close Building lobby stylish. Nice outdoor large patio
Only ac in living room. Fan in main bedroom but not in small bedroom. It took awhile for the condo to cool down

Convenient location and good decor, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid were provided.
The key to the door was difficult to remove after opening or locking, bedrooms could have had more convenient sockets for charging, the whole place could have done with a good clean. The kitchen sides were a bit grubby with dust, the windows were filthy and needed a clean, the edges and corners had a lot of dust on, and one bed wasn’t made upon arrival, however, someone did knock to offer to make it without promoting. But because of this, we noticed that the duvet and mattress weren’t very clean
