The apartment looks charming and is very nicely equipped. There are skylights that can be controlled via wall buttons. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, featuring a dishwasher and a faucet that dispenses filtered drinking water. Inside the built-in closet, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which is extremely useful.

The apartment is located in an atrium where noise from a restaurant can be heard until around midnight. To some extent, it is difficult to maintain privacy—you have to keep the curtains drawn on the windows at all times.

Excellent communication from the owner. Property was very clean, comfortable, nice bed linens and good air conditioning. Local neighbourhood area with some very good bars and restaurants, and buses into Florence / to the train station.

Had such a fantastic stay at Letizia’s apartment. Really roomy, clean and comfortable and excellent air con which kept us cool during the amber heat warnings. Super helpful host with lots of advice on public transport and where to eat, really fast and friendly in responding to messages. Couldn’t have asked for more!

n/a, it was all perfect!
