Great staff, very helpful. Central location. I forgot some luggage that was delivered to me in the airport by a Grab. Excellent service from the staff ❤️ so I didn’t lose my luggage and still was able to catch my flight. Comfy bed, clean room. Breakfast was so-so, and in another hotel, but basically it was okay.

Rather worn facilities. Only partially lift to the room, but staff brought up the luggage so no big deal. Shower with 15 L water heater had to be turned on manually. But it’s Old Quarter, has it’s charm. Coffee at breakfast was probably the weakest part of the breakfast, very weak, even to European standards.

Not bad. Elevator is on the second floor. At least the staff will assist in bringing your luggage up till the elevator. Note: Breakfast is served on a different location, about a minute or two from the hotel At one time, we were given a set of towels with holes in them I had to clean the water kettle because it is almost rusty. I was able to remove some and I hope that in the future they make sure that they pay attention to these things. Other than the water kettle issue... our stay is still a bit comfortable.
