Sehr schönes, romantisches Cottage in toller Lage. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt! Louise war immer über WhatsApp ansprechbar und sehr freundlich, wir konnten uns bei jeder Frage direkt an sie wenden. Wir haben zu Beginn ein sehr informatives Handout zum Cottage und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung bekommen, welches wir sehr nützlich fanden. St. Agnes ist ein zauberhaftes Örtchen, in dem es viel zu entdecken gibt. Mit Bus, Taxi oder Auto kann man schöne Ausflüge in umgebende Ortschaften unternehmen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden gerne in Zukunft wieder kommen!

Dies ist keine Kritik, vielmehr eine nette Anmerkung: Es wäre schön für zukünftige Gäste etwas mehr Handtücher und Geschirrhandtücher bereitzustellen, da es gewünscht wurde diese nicht zu waschen und es somit für eine Woche etwas knapp bemessen war.

There was parking up the road about one minute's walk from the property. We never had a problem parking. One of the best bakeries in Cornwall is less than 10 minutes walk away. St. Agnes still has a local feel to it, it isn't dominated by tourists (us!). The Cove and beach is a 20 minute walk and we caught the bus to the Miners Arms in Mithian. We used the cottage as a base from which to explore the surrounding area from Padstow downwards. Then we'd come back and walk out to dinner - at the Driftwood Spars, The Peterville Inn or The Miners. We didn't get into The Tap House or the seafood restaurant in the village - you need to book for those. The cottage itself was great. We were able to sit at the little table in the back garden for breakfast on most days. On others we used the little dining room. Bring your ground coffee. We used the espresso coffee machine every day! The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The location was quiet, certainly in the evenings. Every room is a little small, but it was fine for us.

Nothing to change.

The location was ideal, right near the centre of the village. Parking was on the road just a short distance away. The cottage is small and very nicely decorated. Everything was excellent. There are some lovely touches, such as a coffee machine and kitchen herbs to use.

The only possible downside was the lack of electric kettle. The one on the hob worked fine but took an age to boil.
