Lovely apartment, loved the view, able to watch beautiful sunrise & sunset from balcony. Well equipped with everything you need. Oven/microwave/washer/complementary toiletries/ lovely soft towels . Tea & coffee facilities. 10 mins walk into town. Private parking available( highly recommend booking parking) parking on the street you have to pay between 8am & 6pm & limited spaces due to double yellow lines.

The stairs, lots of them, but worth it for the views from the top room.

Close to shops, cafés sights. Nice view of Norwich Cathedral and a small park from the main room and main bedroom. Comfortable bed.

*No breakfast but café nearby. *Very warm in the apartment although not hot outside. *Small second bedroom had only a rooflight, which could not be opened. *Bathroom basin drained very slowly. *The property itself was comfortable, but guests should be aware that the immediate entrance area can feel a bit uncomfortable at times, as there was a young couple, actually very polite, sleeping rough right by the doorstep during our stay. While this is a public city issue outside the hotel's direct control, it is something to note if you are arriving late at night. *The automatic lights on the stairway only worked for the lower two floors, but not for our 3rd floor.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to everything. The apartment was spacious and there was on site parking. Excellent shower.

The TV in the lounge didn’t work properly which was very disappointing and annoying. It would have been lovely to chill out in the lounge and watch tv while having meals but instead we had to watch the TV in one of the bedrooms There was no tin opener! It’s quite a walk up the stairs to the top floor and in hindsight would be a bit of a worry in the event of a fire as there is no escape exit from inside the apartment. The rug in the lounge needs a good clean
