IHG, Is a great brand there is no doubt. Mr Fahad from housekeeping did a great job & the reception team was very helpful and the lady from India checked in me and gave me a great room I forgot her name but she is from India a lovely lady and Mohammad and bellboys. Thank you so much. I Will be back again.

I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. The hotel is excellent in every way, with a fantastic location close to everything in Dubai. The atmosphere is relaxing, the rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is very convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Dubai. Highly recommended!
Nothing at all. Everything was great, and I was very happy with my stay.

For the price, it’s one of the best deals you can get. Beautiful rooms, attentive staff and clean hotel. The pool is really nice.
The gym is limited in terms of machines and capacity.

Location
Level of cleanliness of the room and having to use valet parking. Always having the same argument at the breakfast entrance as the system was not updating that breakfast was included in my stay and the staff member denying it and trying to charge me for it.
