Excellent stay and customer service from 710!
We did a lot of research before selecting 710 Vacation Rentals and our homework really paid off. The house was amazing.

Excellent stay in every way - service, amenities, cleanliness, modern decor & appliances & furnishings. Only issue was regulation of heat. HVAC system is not standard so needs an instruction manual. Bravo on all else.

Great proximity to the beach, wonderfully furnished. The main floor has a really comfortable cross breeze which made the home so comfortable - we didn't use any of the A/C during our time. All the bedrooms were great. Bonus feature was clearly the roof deck - we very much enjoyed sunset from here. Like many other beach homes, the garage is a little small but street parking was o.k. If you want peace and quiet, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There's lots of hustle and bustle. I also understand why there's a 10:00 pm quiet rule - it worked well every night except our last night when an inconsiderate person drove down the street blaring loud music at 3:30 am

My family and I had the most wonderful time and loved everything about the house. It was perfectly organized and had everything we could want. Communication was easy and efficient. The location and views were an added bonus. I can't think of a single thing I would change except that our stay was longer.

Such a beautiful home! We really loved the beautiful ocean views from the 2nd floor and the rooftop deck was amazing. This is our second time renting a 710 Vacation Rental and as always their properties are impeccable and have everything we could want in a home away from home.
Their communication from the moment we booked till the morning we checked out was fantastic. 710 provided all the information we needed without having to ask tons of questions and when we did have specific questions they were all so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

WindanSeaBeach290 was a great vacation rental. The location was perfect, only steps from the wonderful WindanSea Beach. A highlight was the rooftop patio with a gas fire-pit and plenty of comfy seating. A wonderful place to great the morning or watch the sunset. The home was well laid out and well equipped, great for our extended family of 3 adult couples. The bedrooms were roomy all with their own ensuite bathroom. Dining for our group was easily accommodated at the dinning room table seating 6 with lots of seating in the family/living room as well (complete with a very large screen TV). Overall a wonderful place that we recommend for anyone who enjoys La Jolla and the surrounding areas.

The property was clean with many new amenities. The terrance area was nice, but the heat lamp needs to be repaired for the chilly evenings. The grill handle needs to be repaired. We struggled with adjusting the two second floor cooling units with one remote as it seems clear the temp setting on the report does not apply simultaneously to both cooling units in the ceiling. Soap and bathroom supplies were nice to have provided. These few items are easily to correct. Overall, the facility was as described and the experience was pleasant.

The WindanSea Home is lovely and was very comfortable for our family of five on a college graduation weekend. Our intent was to be near the water, walkable distance to necessities and a quiet, relaxing place to visit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner, the rooftop deck was a great place to visit and enjoy the views, all furniture was comfortable and the space was more than adequate. Our only improvement for the home would be to have a full sized ironing board for those attending more formal events. Unfortunately, the home was not cleaned on our arrival so we were unable to move in to it until late the next day. We were unable to ever make direct contact with the local branch management. Eventually, this was solved but it was extraordinarily stressful, especially given we had made our reservation months ahead for a very important family week.

This was a beautiful home. We will definitely stay again. Although, there was construction directly across so there was no sleeping in but it didn’t bother us that much. We had a suburban so we did not fit in the garage but parking wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was well stocked But Could have used more face rags in the bathrooms so we wouldn’t have to wash every morning after getting ready. Otherwise we wouldn’t have clean linens for the night.
The neighbor was very friendly and said we could knock if we needed anything. The beach was right there and it was just a short walk for a cup of coffee. Customer service was quick to answer questions and to come check a couple of things for us. Need to write the days the garbage runs so you know when to put it out. We missed it and had to leave the can full bc renters before us must have missed it also! Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Furnishings were beautiful. We had a great week and will be coming back!

The home was perfect for our family holiday trip. Layout, amenities and decor were superb. Location near the beach was lovely and we enjoyed the rooftop sunsets each night. Great VRBO home. 5 stars.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable. Modern appliances and touches felt like home. Just steps from the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the floors on the main floor and balconies were quite dirty and sandy still when we checked in and we had to clean it ourselves including the balcony floors and railings.
Also, we had a little trouble with one of the ac units in the guest BD upstairs but the management never got back to us in time. It is a little hard when you're going through a 3rd party property management company though- Vacasa responded in 24 hours but they said the actual house management were going to reach back out but never did. My baby was in that room so I had to really regulate the temperature in there through the night manually so it did not get too cold for him.
The sofa bed mattress in the living area could use a change or needs some extra mattress pad etc- was not able to use it because was way too dated
Regardless, the place is beautiful and fabulously decorated, very well appointed and the beds are very comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

We did a lot of research before selecting 710 Vacation Rentals and our homework really paid off. The house was amazing. Everything promised in the listing plus more! Amy and the team at 710 were highly attentive to any questions and issues. I can't imagine renting a home in San Diego from any other company going forward. We'll be back soon!
