I was incredibly pleased from the very first communication with Chris. He answered any of my questions and clarifications prior to and after arrival incredibly quick. The house is beautiful and freshly remodeled inside. The kitchen is huge and the appliances like new. It is rare to find a rental with two full bathrooms and both were extremely clean and well lit. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of closet space. We had our dogs with us this vacation and the fact that it is set back a little from the main street was a nice plus. The best part of this property is the location. My wife and I have stayed at numerous places in and around Mystic and this was the best location so far. You can walk to almost anywhere in town in a matter of minutes. You are a 4 minute walk from the Mystic Seaport Museum and less than 8 minutes from the drawbridge and downtown. We took the pups to town every day just for exercise. Mystic is extremely dog friendly! We like to explore so during our stay we made the 55 minute drive to Newport RI one day, caught an amazing sunset in Watch Hill, RI (30 min) another and took a quick 20 minute excursion the Foxwoods Casino on another evening. We would definitely stay with Chris again at his wonderful property!

A well appointed home recently refurnished. The tall windows allowed plenty of sun during day making the home feel warm and cheerful. The house is set back away from the street so noise is at a minimum. Be sure to enjoy the harbor from the kitchen window!

A short walk to just about everything you may want to experience in Mystic, this freshly remodeled house was perfect for our stay. Spacious, clean, with an attentive, easy going owner. Highly recommend.
