This condo was exactly as the pictures show. It is cool and trendy, immersing us in Austin vibes. We felt like we were living in a treehouse with the landscaping that surrounded the balcony area. The condo is gorgeous and so well appointed. The beds are beyond comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the owners left complimentary snacks and beverages. The bathroom with its spa like rain shower was heavenly. This condo is right in the heart of South Lamar and we were never more than a ten minute drive to all we wanted to do. But what really sets this condo apart from any other vacation rental we have ever done is the owner. The day before our arrival I received a welcome text with further rental information along with suggestions of places to visit while in Austin. The owner's communication with us after we checked out showed that he really cared what we thought of his home. Evolve was also beyond wonderful. I will always look at Evolve properties for now on as well. While we found this condo on VRBO it was actually an Evolve property and the experience with Evolve was so much smoother than anything I have every experienced through VRBO or other property management companies.
Everything about this condo was top notch and made our stay (planning our son's wedding) beyond relaxing. We will definitely book Casa Verde the next time we travel to Austin.

I stayed here with two girlfriends for a girls weekend. It was very clean and very well decorated. All of us were super impressed with the comfort level of the beds. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Great stay at a convenient location. Close to downtown and all the hot spots we wanted to hit in a quiet apartment. One small thing that we really appreciated was how well setup the apartment was. There were sufficient dishes, pots, pans, spices, etc. to cook food at the apartment. The beds all had enough (and nice) pillows and bedding. There were storage options for our clothes. Small things, but make a big difference for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

This condo was exactly as described. It was an easy trip to downtown and Congress St area. The owner communicated helpful info and was easy to work with. This was a great stay for a long weekend. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed this property! It was a short Uber ride to downtown and Congress st. There were stores for necessities in walking distance and the communication with the property owner was quick and easy. Also, completely reasonable check-out expectations. Would definitely recommend!

This property is great! Very clean…rain shower is amazing…beds were comfortable…close to downtown ($11.00 Uber)…walking distance to great restaurants. Owners were very available and responsive to texts. We would definitely stay here again.

Located just off a busy street, this property is quiet and secluded with easy access to Zilker and a lot of great restaurants. The owners were great hosts; they checked in with us and even offered recommendations for restaurants, etc. The property is modern and elegantly decorated. The patio was wonderful (there is a tree that offers privacy; you forget you're in a complex!) and we had coffee and drinks there every day! We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants; the neighborhood felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

We recently rented to this condo for the ACL music festival and it did not disappoint! The condo is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly want or need during a stay and the property manager is a gem to work with! They are extremely accommodating and responsive. The condo itself is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated and comfortable at the same time. Would absolutely rent again!!!
