This apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Kaleici just a few steps from all the hustle and bustle of Old Town but still calm and tranquil at night. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes and shops including the beautiful Luna Garden. Bus stops to access public transportation are 4-6 minutes walk. I lucked out in that I was given the room on the third floor with the huge balcony. What a view at night! The shower had good water pressure and temperature. It had a little kitchen with what seems to be efficient items to cook small meals. Communication with the host was perfect - Even at 1:30 AM when I could not access my room. I would stay there again. Thank you again.

With such a huge balcony space it would have been nice to have a lounger on that space to relax. I travelled with friends who stayed at a different property. It would have been nice to have them come by for a little visit without having to submit photos of their passport. But I understand that’s the rule. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

I still can't figure out how this place manages to be so peaceful while being right in the heart of the old town. It was incredibly quiet at night—we slept like babies. The location is unbeatable: just a 5–8 minute cab ride to the public beach entrance (Beach Park), with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was within easy reach. Perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the action but values a good night's rest. The host was available 24/7 on WhatsApp and always responded instantly. When we accidentally left our room keys inside, they provided immediate help and sorted it out within minutes—such a relief! Highly recommend!

One small issue—the sink tap wasn't working properly during our stay, but it seems like an easy fix and didn't ruin our experience. I'm sure the hosts will sort it out quickly.

Location was amazing! Room was amazing! I had the top floor with great views and balcony. Wish I could have stayed longer!

3+ flights of stairs, so if you have a lot of bags, be warned! No parking, but they kindly sent me the location of a private parking facility nearby which was only a few dollars for the night (I had to leave at 4am, but still seemed affordable). Then about a 10 min walk to the place, but I loved walking & exploring on my way back :)

No tiene para colgar toallas en el baño, no tiene mesillas de noche,no tiene apenas menaje de cocina y no estaba muy limpio. Para tres personas es muy pequeño e incómodo. La nevera perdía agua.
