NOBILIS RESIDENCE

Great location, nice and clean, and everything we needed was available.

Nothing

Nobilis Residence is a fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions, with cafés and supermarkets nearby. If you don’t feel like walking, you can easily take a taxi. The residence is in a beautifully renovated old building. Everything looks and smells fresh, the interiors are tasteful, and even the staircase is beautiful. The whole place is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly, and the internet is incredibly fast. What really stood out was the attention to detail. You can feel the enthusiasm and care that have gone into opening this new place - it shows throughout the property and in the way guests are welcomed. I only stayed for two days, so I didn’t have time to explore everything, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully put together, and I couldn’t find anything that needed improving. A lovely place that I can wholeheartedly recommend!

I liked everything.

The apartment was clean, equipped with all that you need: microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher. Full sets of plates and cutlery. Nice TV. Very good location, it's a 30 min walk from astro clock, very close to subway. Nice restaurants nearby. Bathroom is very clean

The hotel is above a restaurant, but it looks like those are sharing the same ventilation path. So the air pushed from restaurant kitchen will enter in the room via the kitchen hood As a result the whole rooms smells like food. In the morning you will get scrambled eggs smell, steaks in evening :) Also you will get the fan noise in the night. The only way to stop the smell was to keep the windows open and the hood on all the time.

The apartment was quiet noisy, I've closed all the windows but still there was some noises coming in addition to the air conditioner and the refrigerator
