Location, staff behaviour, amenities

The size of the room was good. The staff and cleaning personnel were very co-operative. The cottages being right on the beach was the best part. The front desk staff was also very helpful.

The bathrooms could have been better. The drainage sometimes took time to clear in the shower room. A bench or a stool should also be provided in the bathroom. There were lot of ants in the verendah which got attracted to any food crumbs which spilled. The restaurant had mud on the floor and not sand. That was disgusting. Did not feel like going there as messed up the feet everytime.

Wonderful location overlooking beautiful Agonda Beach. Very good service from all the staff. Large room and en suite with good storage and facilities such as kettle, fridge and hairdryer. Beach towels on request.

Nothing. Some guests don’t like having to ask for their room to be cleaned but that didn’t bother us at all.

No question first and foremost the location. It’s simply a dream: a long and wide golden beach lays in front of the room’s porch with unobstructed views of the ocean and palm trees. No mosquitos (tropical travellers typical concern). Large comfortable rooms. Good value for money. Very kind stuff.

In-resort cafe/food options could be better. Also bathroom facilities (while super clean) have some room for improvement.

Staff is well-trained and very nice, they were helpful, kind and always available. The houses are brand new and spacious, right on the beach. Yoga is available daily and the restaurant provides very tasty food and some entertainment.

There was a little bit of mould in the room, the AC was smelly at times, there were breaks in water and electricity supply but this is common in the area. All of the above were really minor and outweighed by the positives.

The photos do not do justice to the views you get at this place. Waking up to the sun rising on the Arabian sea as you hear the waves crash on the seashore is just something else. The rooms are large, comfortable and well maintained. There are a lot of great restaurants and cafe's nearby. There was ample parking available at the property. The beach was not too crowded and has pristine blue waters. The service staff was excellent, right from check-in to fulfilling any requests we had, Mitiza & Haran Babu from the reception and Nimish our caretaker deserve a special mention. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

One of my favourite stays ever. Such an amazing place with unbelievable views. We were fortunate (well i think we booked it) to get one of the seafront apartments. They are all brand spanking new and beautifully put together. It's a really lovely place to stay in the wonderful Agonda. I don't think they do brekkie themselves but there are 2 restaurants a stones throw and countless more minutes away
