Very clean and fresh apartment. Lots of space and very comfortable. Bernard dealt with any queries promptly and efficiently and was very helpful. Great location for local bars and restaurants within 15 min walk. Right beside the tube station.. Vienna is a great city so mu h to see and do.

Only one tiny thing. The pillows were too soft for me.

Die Unterkuft entsprach ganz meinen Erwartungen. Ich buchte sie bereits früher schon einmal. Die Wohnung war sehr gut gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Die Klimaanlage läuft leise und zuverlässig. Es hat eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, einen Wäscheständer und ein Bügeleisen. Die Küche ist funktional und gut ausgestattet. Das schnelle WLAN läuft einwandfrei. Im grosse Badezimmer gibt es eine Dusche, eine Badewanne, einen Doppel-Waschtisch und ein WC. Ein zweites WC befindet sich beim Eingangsbereich. Die grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt in unmittelbaren Nähe diverse gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die U-Bahnstation Burggasse ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Im bewachten Parkhaus Lugner City beträgt der Tagestarif € 18.--. Ich kaufte, bei der Info im Einkaufcenter, eine Monatskarte für € 99.--. Das hat sich für die 11 Tage gelohnt. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und ich kann die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Clean, easy access to transportation and supermarkets

Fantastically well equipped with air conditioning as a bonus. Adjacent to public transport with good local facilities a supermarket is on the doorstep. Really easy to get around. The apartment was spacious, bright and airy. All the mod cons you could ask for.

The apartment is part of a wider business facility the entrance feel a little unsafe, even with secure access to the top floor. The main drawback is the refurbishment of the floor below, work starts at 0730 and goes on until 1700, with drilling and hammering throughout the day. We came one afternoon to relax but has to leave again because of the noise and vibration. The apartment also has paper thin wall with the next apartment, agsin noisy. You could hear children shrieking all weekend. The noise was ridiculous spoilt the whole holuday, which is ashame because the apartment if perfect.
