Excellent location, presented really well and set up with all facilities and very comfortable and cozy and also very practical
The property was great, the issue encountered on arrival was that the key safe was open with no key!
No phone reception so had to ask a neighbour to allow me to use their phone to call Sykes.. 15 min wait before being told where the reserve key could be accessed.
The cleaners forgot to return the key but they did arrive later and apologised and provided the key. After that all perfect!

It was easy to find and very peaceful the private lake and the swans were delightful

Location was good for us as we wanted to get away from busy city life and noise but was still easy to access pubs and restaurants when we wanted.
Sofas were very uncomfortable - too low and sagging in the middle. Also looked a bit grubby and covers could do with a wash.
Bathroom, particularly near the sink area smelled of mildew.

Has everything you need to cook with there, comfy sofas, very cosy, lovely lake out the back, not too far from a lot of decent places to eat. 15mins from seeing the seals. Not far from Norwich and Yarmouth
Received about 12 messages prior to visit but when I asked a question, i got no reply atall.
