Absolutely great place to stay. I am disabled and wasn't aware of the type of property this was. I was called a week or so before our stay and they changed my room to a lower one.
The location is fab, a 2 minute walk until you're actually stood on the beach and less than a minute to the pier, arcades and shops.
It was clean, tidy, had hot drinks and biscuits and even cute little shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.
Couldn't have been better!

Great location excellent owners and made to feel very welcome, beautifully decorated and furnished rooms with comfy beds 👍
Bloody seagulls arguing in the morning 😂 only feedback would be a small fridge in the rooms would be a welcome addition to keep drinks chilled 👍

Location was just off the seafront (sea visible from room window). Cosy room.
All was ok.
