Everything ! There is so much thoughtfulness about this place. Everything is super functional and comfortable and it didn’t feel cramped in such a small space. The quality of bedding to the sweet note in the beginning, the Dyson vacuum, the yoga mat and massager and roller, a full stocked kitchen, hot water maker. The list goes on we loved our stay.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious, exactly as advertised, if not better. There's a lot of appliance to make your stay very comfortable as well. Also, the location itself was very convenient being next to 2 stations and with access to multiple restaurants, convenient stores and being close to a nice area.
The hosts were also very clear with their instructions about how to get there, how to get the keys, how to make use of luggage storage if needed and even for all their appliances.
I wish there was an elevator, although I don't believe it's that bad going up the stairs with luggage. However, it could be a problem for those that have difficulties.

We had a wonderful family trip. ACOE ASAKUSA boasts an excellent location, offering easy access to both Tawaramachi and Asakusa stations, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room size is suitable for a family of 3–4, and the inclusion of various appliances and kitchen facilities makes it convenient for longer stays.

Great location and close to train station, convenience stores and karimon gate.
Drying room in bathroom was great for drying washing and drying wet shoes. There were facilities like hair straightener, hair dryer available.
We really enjoyed our stay and the little extras left behind for us, such as wipes and sweet biscuits.
Cooking facilities were also adequate for short stays.
Nothing I can think of.
