Location is unbeatable, with plenty of train stations, convenience stores, restaurants and the Ginza shopping district all nearby. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great amenities, including complimentary Japanese snacks in room and lobby. The level 2 co-working area was good enough for remote work. There's a fun energy about this hotel and I wish I discovered it earlier.

Room and bathroom are on the small side. The co-working area can get noisy when the dining area is busy. No study table in the room.

Overall style is cool - clean and very good sized room in a good location. Easy to get around Ginza and to the station.

The room I got was not what was advertised in the picture. I chose the room type specifically due to how the windows were shown and overall vibe of layout so was very disappointed to have a different layout, not the same widows as shown and on top of that the window I did have faced a wall. Facilities are much smaller than they present and was layout strange- not a place to relax. Breakfast also looked very limited and expensive- you dont even get free coffee in the room so I had to go to 7/11 or pay 4 times as much downstairs.
