I liked that Tony (the host) got into contact with me a few days before we even arrived to Kuching so it was a peace of mind to have all the instructions ready and prepared. And Tony was very responsive and easy to contact whenever we had questions.
Nothing.

Location, masterbedroom size, wifi, washing machines, refrigerators, cookingvutensils all good!!
The toilet bowl a bit dirty. We ended up cleaned up ourselves, bought extra toilet cleaner for it
Not enough plastics for dustbin for a 5 days stay. We bought ourselves too.
Hope the host can put extra effort and ask cleaners to clean up toilet bowl, lid, under the lid properly.. it's really turned off for me.

Room clean, got body shower, washing machine with detergent, the master bedroom and living room were big and spacious
Shower head does not function, the other 2 rooms are quite small (not suitable for more than 2 family),
