beautiful windows, lighting, decore! New appliances in the kitchen and bath. Air conditioning was good.

Great location near Esther Simplot Park, the Greenbelt and State St. We loved all the windows, full kitchen and sitting on the balcony. The host was very quick to respond to our questions.

Overall this is a very cute and cozy property. The trundle bed needs to be updated as there was a lot of stains on the actual bed. But again, it's an Airbnb and I imagine it would be hard to keep a cloth bed stain free with people including kids coming in and out. Parking was tricky so read the instructions. Once you do that's super easy. That was on me! It is an upstairs loft so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs. The owner was super sweet and kind and gave us great places to grab coffee and breakfast. The bed was comfy and after being in Oregon in another rental without AC it was so good to have AC! Having the river right down the road is nice and everything you need is not far away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property in excellent location, property was clean, host was very communicative- everything you hope your vacation rental experience will be! Thank you
