We loved Riverside Escape! Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect layout for two couples. My husband and I were on the the main floor and my son and his girlfriend were on the lower floor. Layout allows for together time and separate time. Location is convenient for Lake Oswego and downtown Portland. Biggest difficulty is getting in and out of the driveway onto highway 43. Backing in worked best for us. The property manager was very responsive to questions.

We spent 6 days/5 nights in this spacious, fully equipped, VRBO. Wonderful views of the Willamette River. Would recommend to anyone who wants a home base while visiting Portland.

Property was nice with beautiful views. But this rental is managed and maybe owned by a large firm in the area. We were notified the day of arrival that the garbage disposal was not working. They said they would send someone out to repair, they never did! They figured we could just use the other side of the sink. Which in fact could, but the sink stunk bad enough that we ate out every meal and never used the kitchen except to make coffee. Also, when we booked, we asked one question, is there secure parking? Management replied yes but you needed to enter home to open garage door. Perfect no problem. Again, management never repaired the broken garage door it would only open about 1 foot and then stop. Managements solution pull cord go in and out, pull out car go back in once again to reattach cord to secure door. Rinse and repeat every time you came or left. I would give this property a better rating but lack of help from management was pathetic. My wife and I are in the rental business. Repairs are always needed we get it. But difference from a good rental and a great one is how those repairs are addressed.

Beautiful, modern property overlooking river. There was a handyman who interrupted our time (after 4 pm check in) to fix a couple of things which was disappointing. Property on busy street/highway. Difficult to get in/out of driveway. Comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, great stay and will stay again in the future.
