Perfect weekend getaway at a fantastic house!

Hats off to every member of the VRBO team who provided outstanding assistance and support both before and during our stay at a luxurious, extremely well-appointed residence in North Miami Beach, Florida. Heartfelt thank you from me and my entire family. The residence couldn't have been better to host our family of 11 for a weekend to celebrate my bride of 60 years who is turning 80!! Thank you!! Your efforts are most appreciated.

We had a great time staying here!! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and great accommodation for us all to be together under one roof. Thank you so much!

The house was a nice size and had plenty of space for our group, but there were several issues that affected our stay. The biggest concern was the bedroom next to the laundry room. It never cooled down and remained hot for our entire stay. Since it's a small room with a very low bed, it's clearly intended for a child, but the temperature made it uncomfortable to use.The home also wasn't stocked with enough towels, so we had to do laundry throughout our stay. There were also no dish towels provided for cleaning up in the kitchen, which was inconvenient. When we arrived, all of the outdoor trash bins were already completely full. There was no room to dispose of our garbage, so we had to leave trash outside the bins. The property would benefit from hiring a regular trash service or ensuring the bins are emptied before each guest arrives.Check-in was not a smooth experience. We spent much of our first day in town waiting to get into the house. It seems there isn't enough time scheduled between guests to properly prepare the property. I also think a keyless entry system would make the arrival process much easier than requiring an in-person check-in.Communication was another challenge. I had to download WhatsApp just to communicate with the property management team. It would have been much more convenient to have a printed or digital house manual with instructions for operating the air conditioning, pool, lighting, Wi-Fi, and other features instead of having to message some
