We were in Athens for parent's weekend for one of our boys. Communication with Madeleine was easy. Check in instructions were sent prior to our arrival and we had no difficulty locating and entering her home. The home is nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped; however, we did not do any cooking while we were there. We did use Uber for our evening activities and we did not have to wait long for an Uber to pick us up at the property. I would definitely recommend Madeleine's home and we would stay here again.

We came to spend time with our college freshman. Wanted to stay close to UGA. Very convenient, clean, easy check-in and out process. Would recommend!

The house was absolutely perfect. Brand new inside. Super nice. Everything was better than expected. The place was outstanding.

So this trip to Athens started out quite chaotic. We happened to book another VRBO in January 2023 to visit our son and watch UGA v Kentucky. On the evening before our check-in, the other VRBO host cancelled our reservation. Completely shocked this could even happen. We immediately went into panic mode, however, upon finding Madeleine and Kirb Appeal, our woes quickly turned around. She was super quick to respond to our request for reservation. Immediately confirmed with us and assured us, everything will be much smoother here on out. We had invited another family, visiting their son as well, to join us. The layout of the home was perfect for two families with two rooms in the front and two rooms in the back. We all felt as if this home was just renovated as everything was fresh and spotless. Madeleine had a Dawgs gift basket and a lovely handwritten note waiting for us upon arrival. She also made our checkout painless and smooth before our 8 hour drive back to Virginia. Madeleine, you rock and we look forward to staying with you again next fall for parents weekend. As soon as the dates are released, we'll be calling. Cheers!
