Local food places were great, within walking distances.

This property was great! It's very close to 2nd Street where there are lots of ships and restaurants. It's just a short walk to the beach too The home is very roomy, and comfortable. I would surely consider staying there again!

We and 3 of our adult children and their spouses stayed there. We each had our own spacious room and bathroom. Every room in the house was good sized. We were all there to put on a baby shower at a venue in town for our eldest daughter and her husband. It was a perfect tranquil retreat from the busyness of the shower and friend and family activities. It’s a beautiful house and the host was lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!!!

This home is located in a perfect location being close to dining, shopping and the beach! Be aware that it does not include air conditioning even though there is a unit on the property. Communication was poor once I inquired about how we could include the air once we were there and it was very warm in the house. We were instructed to open windows. We had tried and several were painted shut or had no screens. We were told to use the fans. There were only 2 for the entire house. Also it sleeps 8 and there were 3 coffee cups. Tree he pots and pans were excellent. We were approved for an early entry into the house but when we attempted the code it did not work. I called the VR host and received no return call. No kitchen towels or towels for the downstairs bath and no extras to use In the kitchen. It did cool off outside so we were lucky. We had 3 individuals from our family running the Long Beach Marathon and needed a good night sleep. Also, I never received the manual that was referred to for review and sent an email and message to the host with no response. Overall could be a great place due to it’s location but definitely needs these issues addressed.
