The location was great, on the bus route 2 stops from town , there was a pub, a little café and a small shop a couple of minutes walk.
Booking.com sent the address and door code a few days before we arrived, it was the wrong code! We couldn't get in, fortunately we had Kenzie's phone number and she sorted the correct code.

It’s a lovely house. Comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The owner was most helpful when I had cause to contact her re the lockbox. The bus stop is a short distance away for the bus into town which was helpful as we had an elderly lady with us but there is also a lovely walk along the river which takes you into the centre. If you have kids there’s a great park nearby.
The info re the lockbox is outdated on the website and I had to call the owner who explained where I could find it and what the code was (it’s round the back). I had asked if we could arrive a little early but nobody got back to me. Also a pint of milk would have been a nice touch.

Excellent well
Appointed property. Very clean and comfortable
Central heating was on and set too high for our comfort. Not able to adjust, had we been staying longer than one night we would have contacted the owners. Hopefully they can adjust if required
Was on a main road, a lot of traffic noise

Beautiful house with everything we could have wanted. Perfect location too, with a straightforward walk to the city centre, a couple of pubs virtually on the doorstep and a Tesco Express just a short walk away. I liked that parking was at the back of the house and could be seen from the back bedroom. Loved everything about it.
