Location and people were very kind

Excellent location for our train access. Communication was excellent and the pictures of how to get in were perfect. Loved the balcony. Easy access to the city and lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet room with great water pressure in the shower. Huge comfortable bed. Elevator!!! yay! Paid our vacancy tax at Big Bang which was the only contact with "staff".
The headphone sound for the TV did not work for the little break we were filling in before dinner.

Convenient location to work
No staff present. Only after booking told check in till 9.00pm - not feasible for my flight. Allowed to enter property at 9.45 but omitted to give building access code.
Booked triple room as single traveller - triple bed but only one pillow and 1 towel
