Location is perfect and in a very quiet area of town.
The room had a twin bed, which I did not expect. I didn’t notice it when I booked because I didn’t expect this high end of a hotel to have twin beds in any rooms. The staff front desk and booking staff were generally just annoying, they should relax a little ….its not the four seasons. The rest of the staff was wonderful.

The airline lost my husband's luggage for 3 days, the full duration of our stay in Bologna. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us contact the airline and courier service. A special thank to Stefano and Olga at the front desk.
Very good breakfast. It is not just a buffet. You can order from a menu. Service was very attentive too.
The location of the hotel is wonderful. Walking distance to the main square.
Nothing we don't like

Lovely room with great a/c & excellent shower! Huge balcony - bonus!
Great location & it was quiet
Breakfast to go was a nice offer, but could be improved-give real croissants not a bagged muffin, bread & crackers- honestly if you just sent away 2-3 mini croissants & a yogurt it would be perfect b

Close to centre ( nothing to see actually)
They charge me 50 years extra for a child of 4 which I found it ridiculous
