A beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped apartment. There were air conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living room, which was very convenient for us. It had a nice balcony facing a large open area where you could enjoy your coffee in peace and quiet. The apartment was quite clean and very bright, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Upon arrival, we found coffee pods and laundry detergent tablets provided. The apartment is very close to public transport links; just 100 meters to the left of the building exit there is a bus stop, and 200 meters to the right, a metro station. There is a shopping mall right inside the building where you can find everything. It houses a supermarket as well as many other shops where you can find everyday essentials at very good prices. As visitors from Greece, we were pleased to find a Greek shop inside the mall selling authentic souvlaki with gyros. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I have nothing negative to say.

The apartment has two rooms, which makes it an excellent choice for families. The beds were comfortable, and during our two-week stay the apartment was generally very quiet, except for the first evening when a group of young people had a noisy gathering on the neighboring terrace. Fortunately, the noise stopped before nighttime. The apartment is located above a shopping center, yet it remains surprisingly quiet. The owner was very accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in. They also responded quickly whenever we needed anything. For example, they provided cleaning supplies and a drying rack upon request, and they emptied the trash bins when we asked. The apartment is located about 2 km from the city center and has excellent public transport connections. There are bus, metro, and tram stops nearby, and the West Railway Station is about 1 km away. The shopping center below the apartment has a supermarket, various shops, and plenty of restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this apartment again.

On the downside, although it didn't bother us personally, the apartment would definitely benefit from some renovation, as it has clearly been well used over the years. It could also have been cleaner upon arrival. However, since we stayed for two weeks and cleaning supplies were provided, we were able to clean it to our own standards. The kitchen was rather sparsely equipped. For example, there were only two teaspoons and no frying pan at first, although one was brought to us promptly after we asked. The roller shutter outside the balcony door was broken, so initially we couldn't access the balcony. Fortunately, it was adjusted later, allowing us to use it. One small thing to keep in mind is that when it rains, the outdoor carpet on the balcony gets wet, so it's best not to step onto it wearing only socks. The shower enclosure was missing one side panel, which meant that water easily splashed onto the bathroom floor. We ended up buying a shower curtain ourselves to solve the problem. The building's main entrance remains unlocked 24 hours a day, which is something to be aware of, especially as there were occasionally some suspicious-looking people in the area. Fortunately, there are security cameras in the hallway, and we experienced no problems during our stay. Overall, if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation close to the city centre and don't mind staying in an apartment that is a little worn but has a responsive and helpful host who genuinely tries to resolve any issues, this is a good choice. Another nice bonus is that the building has a working elevator.

Terrasse war nicht benützbar weil die kaputte Jalousie davorhing. Und das wie ich in den Bewertungen nachträglich las, schon lange. Die ebenfalls schon länger fehlende Duschwand fand ich auch nicht prickelnd… Das WC gehört ersetzt, der Geruch…
