This house is beautiful and a hinden gem. Luxurious, spacious, with the decor giving a home away from home. Feel. The location was perfect. Beach just across the road, short walk, and an easy train ride into the city. (Sandringham line) The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. I thought the train going past often would be noisier, and so I'm grateful for that. The fish pond was my favourite spot to sit and have a cuppa. The back garden gives a bali vibe. The house was clean to a high standard. it's an older home, which if the walls could talk, I'm sure there would be many stories to share. We were running a little late with packing our car, and the owner turned up to clean. He was very kind, and listened when I mentioned the need for a things, like cups and tongs. I will definitely come and stay here again Thank you

There were no major problems or dislikes. However, there are only 2 coffee mugs and 1 teacup,yet many wine glasses. We just went and got a couple of extra, which we took home. The kitchen set up for cooking is basic and a little lacking. There were no tongs. However, we managed to cook most nights during out 6 night stay.
