The property is at the nearest location to the national park entrance, in the town called three rivers. The door is passcode controlled, and no staff onsite. The inside was very clean, with a fridge and a microwave, so you can prepare some food before hiking. Close to gas and store in town
The shower drain was badly clogged. There was some smell if not due to newly remodeled, then would be a problem of not enough ventilation. The AC had a strong odor but luckily the weather was not demanding it. The closet under washing basin seems not been touched for long time, did not dare to use the hair blower

Modern well designed little room. Location was great for access to Sequoia. Staff member I was communication with was great, always responded so quickly.
There was nothing to really report on. Other than the pool area, furniture could be upgraded as it was pretty dangerous, a lot of wobbly furniture, and umbrella stands not strong enough to hold up umbrellas.

The location is very convenient to sequoia and facilities are clean and recently remodeled
I had a lot of trouble with the wifi, and since there is no cell reception there either, I couldn’t call or text for help, and it was quite an ordeal to get this sorted since there is no reception on site. I was also unpleasantly surprised that there is no potable water, and had to leave the property again to go buy some. I can’t exactly boil 4 liters of water for each day of hiking in sequoia in the microwave. Kitchenette is really bare bones. Some cutlery and a kettle would have been nice to have at least.

"Wir haben eine Nacht in dem Motel verbracht, um den Sequoia Park zu besuchen. Das Zimmer war top. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen. Preis Leistung hat gestimmt. Kleiner Kühl..."
