Blue Pyramids Eyes Hotel

Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, always smiling! Also, the room we got overlooks the pyramids!

Noise from outside was getting inside, I would suggest getting earplugs, if you are noise sensitive while sleeping.

Location

Great hotel with a perfect location. Friendly staff.

The cleaning staff are helpful but we We were overcharged at the property. They did not give us the room we booked but we still were forced to pay for the more expensive and larger room which we did not get. We informed the staff but they were of no assistance. They told us they did not have such a room but that was a lie. They gave our room to other people and still expected us to pay the larger room price despite getting a much smaller room. The view of the pyramid from this hotel is disappointing as there is massive construction cranes in front of the place. Would not recommend.
