Ramage Hotel & Resort

The staff were very attentive and responsive — at the reception, in the restaurant, and across the hotel. All our requests were handled promptly. I would especially like to thank: Walid (reception) — very helpful and attentive Heba (reception) — always ready to assist Kareem (reception) — professional and friendly The housekeeping team was also wonderful: they called our room to ask whether we needed cleaning and whether we wanted more water — a very thoughtful touch. We really enjoyed the cuisine at the restaurant near the reception. Special mention goes to the lemon mint juice and the dish made with grape leaves and rice — both were delicious. There is a sports area on the hotel grounds A small shop with water and snacks is available on site. The territory is well secured. A very pleasant stay. Thank you to the whole team for their care and attention. We would gladly return.

Good hotel but its set for more weddings instead of tourist or foregigners, Great facitlities and nice people , Good staff at restaurent they tried very hard to keep us happy, Offered option could have been better when I compare some of the other hotels I stayed and open buffet would work better IMO as they have set 3 menue to select for breakfast. It can be turnedaround to very good 5* hotel for more touriest if they have right management team and to make relevent changes. But to be fair for the price I would accept as its value for money.

Noise on weekend on weddings too loud music, Reception to room with baggage its not great although porter did well to carry all of them bags to our room. Restaurent could offer more option and open bigger buffet could be better option. Freash management can make changes and take this hotel to another level.

The receptionist guy ( i didn't catch the name i think it was Mohammed or mustafa but he was young) was so polite and hospitable and helped me with everything Overall the staff is amazing and the whole stay was worth it

If only the location was near facilities but this can be overlooked

Noisy Constructions every where! Receptionist doesn’t even smile! No delivery come to the area Food is average Not suitable if you want to relax or have work to do.
